Who is responsible for the content
The editor is Albert Montasell, registered economist no. 216 at the Col·legi d’Economistes d’Andorra, with studies in business administration and law at Pompeu Fabra University.
How we produce articles
- The main guides are written and updated with personal review, and they say so.
- News articles are produced with the help of artificial intelligence from news and official sources, and pass automatic checks on figures, sources and duplicates before publication.
- We do not invent client cases. Numerical examples are marked as illustrative.
Sources
We prioritise official sources: BOPA, Portal Jurídic d’Andorra, the Government of Andorra, the tax department, AFA and CASS, and the authorities in the reader’s home country.
Updates and corrections
Rules change. Each piece shows its date, and articles older than a major legal change carry a notice pointing to current information. If you spot an error, write to contact@andorraway.com.
