Our legitimate interest is protecting the website and its users, and you can object to this processing. Providing your data is not a legal obligation, but without it we cannot answer your request or provide the service. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you: the calculators on this website only give guidance.
Who receives your data
- Professionals and firms involved in your case, such as economists, lawyers, administrative agents, notaries or banks, where needed to handle your request.
- Providers of web hosting, email, chat and spam protection, who act on our instructions.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Artificial intelligence chat
The chat on this website is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person, and it only loads if you open it. Your messages are sent to our server and to our artificial intelligence provider to generate the reply. Please avoid sharing sensitive data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Andorra and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In those cases we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and you can ask us for a copy of these safeguards. Andorra has a European Commission adequacy decision (Decision 2010/625/EU).
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a service for up to 24 months. Data on contracted services is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@andorraway.com. We will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency or, if you live in the European Economic Area, to your local supervisory authority.

This processing is governed by Andorran Law 29/2021 on personal data protection and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
